Starting the Year with Team Spirit and Expertise
From January 19 to 22, the entire esumedics team from Germany gathered at the company headquarters in Niederdorf for the 2026 Kick-off. Employees and DACH distributors used the four days to review the past year, outline goals for 2026, and participate in hands-on training sessions with our EEG and EMG systems.
Joint Kick-off and Setting Goals for 2026
The week began on January 19 with individual meetings and planning discussions in the office. On Tuesday, the main kick-off event took center stage. Following a warm welcome and a brief introduction by Michael Pitsch, Chief Operating Officer of Esumedics GmbH, Sales Director DACH Jörg Lehmann presented the agenda. He reviewed the achievements of the past year, highlighted key performance indicators, and provided an overall positive summary for 2025. Demand for our product solutions and comprehensive “all-in-one” services made in Germany continued to grow strongly.
Carsten Klaus, Head of Aftersales & Service, and Sandy Neubert-Mohamed, Head of Accessories & Sales Operations, presented the results and highlights from their departments. The agenda also included current marketing initiatives by Jasmin Oehme, updates from Product Management with Susan Friedemann, and a brief quality management training session. Alongside these presentations, the event offered ample opportunity for personal exchange, feedback from sales regions, and discussions on market developments. The day concluded with a shared dinner in Stollberg (Erzgebirge) with the entire team.
Comprehensive Training on Systems, Consumables, and Internal Processes
In the following days, participants engaged in practical training sessions that covered not only the operation of EEG and EMG systems but also the correct use of consumables and internal workflows. DACH Distributors and field staff were able to practice technical procedures, conduct hands-on system demonstrations, and learn best practices for using consumables. Open questions were addressed directly with colleagues from the relevant departments, ensuring more efficient future use of the systems and smoother internal processes.
Collaboration and Knowledge Exchange Strengthen Teamwork
The multi-day event not only enhanced professional knowledge and practical skills but also fostered team spirit across the organization. Direct interactions between distributors and employees from all areas promoted a shared understanding of customer needs and the value of our service and product offerings. At the same time, the discussions generated valuable insights for future projects and strategic planning.
