Strengthening Service and Support in Southwest Germany
Marcel Müller has joined the esumedics team as Field Service Engineer for Southwest Germany. In this role, he will support our customers with on-site service, safety inspections and preventive maintenance.
From Mechanical Engineering to Medical Technology
Marcel Müller began his career as a fitter in special-purpose machine engineering, gaining valuable hands-on experience in assembling and commissioning complex production systems for the pharmaceutical and medical device industry – a field where precision and reliability are essential. He then successfully completed further training as a certified mechanical engineering technician, expanding his technical expertise.
Over the past years, he worked as a field-based Service Engineer in medical technology, including in the field of gastroenterology, further strengthening his professional skill set. Marcel now brings this experience and his passion for technology to esumedics.
I am very happy to be part of the esumedics team, deepen my knowledge in neurology, and support our customers in Southwest Germany directly on site. The warm welcome I received and the opportunity to contribute my skills in a wide range of tasks are truly motivating. I see this step as a great opportunity – both professionally and personally.

Marcel Müller works closely with Marcel Maric, who has been responsible for sales and service activities in Southwest Germany since 2025.
