At least once a year, the D-A-CH team of Esumedics GmbH meets at the company’s headquarters in Niederdorf, Saxony, for a kick-off meeting to mark the start of the new year. The focus of the multi-day event was the exchange of ideas, various practical employee training courses and the presentation of goals and plans for 2025.
High Demand for Modern EEG and EMG Technology MADE IN GERMANY
After a warm welcome and a short speech by our COO Michael Pitsch, the event started with a presentation of this year’s goals in sales, service and marketing. Sales Manager D-A-CH, Mr. Jörg Lehmann, and Service Manager Carsten Klaus first took a look back at past projects, experiences and successes. In 2024, Esumedics GmbH was able to support many clinics and practices with esumedics systems, software changes or service operations. These include large installations at the Charité Berlin, hospitals in Annaberg, Chemnitz and Heilbronn as well as e.g. in Ukraine, Philippines, Libya, Romania, Vietnam or Serbia (by our International Sales Manager, Mr. Waleed Zeitoun). There was a lot of positive feedback from customers about our products and services, which was evaluated at the event. The quality and robustness of the devices, the easy integration into practice and clinic IT systems via the GDT/HL7 interface, the fast delivery and competent, all-round, worry-free support were particularly highlighted. Our team also used the discussion to share their own experiences and raise important questions from their personal work area.
After a few facts and figures, the team turned its attention to the tasks and goals for 2025. This also includes recruiting new colleagues in order to expand our Germany-wide sales and service network.
