NCV Workshop for Medical Professionals
In February, the highly anticipated NCV intensive workshop led by Simone Hübscher took place again in Berlin. MTAs, MFAs, medical assistants, and physicians expanded their expertise while practicing nerve conduction measurements directly on the esumedics EMG system.
Intensive Practice for Everyday Workflows
The two-day workshop on February 13–14 attracted participants from across Germany. Simone Hübscher started with a concise overview of the theoretical foundations, covering motor and sensory NCV, normal waveforms, common variations, and proper electrode placement. Participants then applied the concepts directly on the devices in small groups.
The focus was on hands-on application: each participant performed independent measurements, tested different techniques, and refined their workflow under expert guidance. The combination of solid theory, practical training, and individual support made the workshop particularly effective and directly transferable to daily clinical work.

From Upper to Lower Limbs: Comprehensive Measurements
The agenda systematically covered upper limb nerves, including median, ulnar, radial, and axillary nerves, and extended to lower limb nerves such as tibial, peroneal, sural, and femoral nerves. Special techniques, including blink reflex, facial nerve conduction, and serial stimulation, were also thoroughly addressed.
The esumedics EMG system once again impressed with intuitive operation, reliable signals, and high MADE IN GERMANY quality standards. The sessions enabled participants to gain confidence with complex measurements while immediately reinforcing practical skills.

Technical Expertise Meets User-Friendly Design
Throughout the workshop, participants benefited from the esumedics EMG system’s practical features: intuitive controls, clear interface, and high-quality signals facilitated efficient measurements and ensured accurate, reliable results. Sales Director D-A-CH, Mr. Jörg Lehmann, was on site to provide advice, share valuable tips, and support participants in practical use.
We sincerely thank Simone Hübscher for the excellent collaboration and expertly organized workshop. Our gratitude also goes to all participants for their enthusiasm and positive feedback on the esumedics EMG systems.
